What does 'tap, book and ride' mean?

Ingogo were hitting the market with a new taxi booking app and Special Group asked us to create a series of instructional videos showing users how to tap, book and ride.

We made a hero 45 second piece and followed it up with three 15 second segments on specific features, which showed the how, what and why of the app in a smooth, motion graphic series. We'd tap that.
